Eldorado Gold Corporation 1992-2001 Executive Vice President and Director Mr. Beley was founding Vice President and Director of Eldorado Gold Corporation. Through his tenure with Eldorado, the company developed two open pit gold mines in Mexico; defeated an attempted hostile takeover; gained control of an Australian junior gold producer; participated in the strategy leading to a share-asset swap with South Africa based Gencor; amalgamated with HRC Development Corporation; participated in the management of the Sao Bento Gold Mine in Brazil and the development of significant gold assets in Turkey. 	Richard Barclay CFO and Director Adriana Resources Inc. 2004-Present CFO and Director Hawthorne Gold Corp. 2006-Present President, CEO and Director Hemmingsen Investment Corporation 1990-Present President and Director Mr. Barclay is President of Hemmingsen Investment Corporation, a private investment and consulting company to the mining industry. Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd. 2002-2005 CEO, President and Director Eldorado Gold Corporation 1992-1999 President, CEO, Director Mr. Barclay was founding President and CEO of Eldorado Gold Corporation. Mr. Barclay held executive positions in Bema's predecessor companies, Amir Mines Ltd., Normine Resources Ltd. and Bema International Resources Inc. These companies merged in 1988 to form Bema Gold Corporation, which were managed by Bema Industries Ltd., a private exploration contracting and geological consulting firm. Mr. Barclay was a founding partner of Bema Industries Ltd. and served as President from 1987-1991 and CFO from 1976-1986. 	Joseph Fodor, LLB MBA Executive Vice President Over the past 30 years, Mr. Fodor has held senior executive positions with various financial institutions, and public and private companies, and brings extensive experience in legal and corporate finance, specializing in structuring domestic and international infrastructure projects. Since 2006, Mr. Fodor has been a partner with Watershed Capital Partners, a Vancouver based private investment banking firm. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Fodor was a partner with Norfolk Capital Partners and then a private consultant to a number of clients including private and public companies, financial institutions and investment banks to which he provided advisory services with respect to the initiating and syndicating of domestic and international infrastructure projects. During 1998 to 2001, Mr. Fodor was employed by the CIT Group, formerly Newcourt Capital, a leading structured finance lender, as Director, Structured Finance, western Canada with responsibility for the initiation and completion of transactions in the corporate finance and structured finance arenas, and with an emphasis on infrastructure projects. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Fodor was Executive Vice President of Nova Bancorp, a private Canadian investment bank that specializes in structuring and syndicating domestic and international structured finance transactions. From 1977 to 1993, Mr. Fodor provided legal representation in Toronto to a diverse group of clients with primary emphasis in the areas of domestic and international financial services and entertainment law. Mr. Fodor graduated from the University of Toronto in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, completed the LL.B from Queens in 1975, received admission to the Bar and law Society of Upper Canada in 1977 and completed an MBA from the University of Toronto in 1985.

	Joe Griebel CEO Brazore Ltda. President of Adriana Mineração Ltda. Dr. Griebel comes to Adriana after spending the past six years as President of Inco Brazil Limitada where he remained until the recent takeover of Inco by Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (CRVD). Mr. Griebel holds a M. Sc. in Geology as well as a Ph.D. in Mineralogy and has over thirty-five years of experience in International Mineral Project Management, of which 18 years have been in Brazil. Dr. Griebel is associated with Novamina Empreendimentos Limitada, an exploration services company based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Previous to his position with Inco, Dr. Griebel spent three years (1996 - 1998) as the Senior Vice-President of Exploration for Eldorado Gold Corporation managing all of Eldorado's international exploration activities and prior to this (1990 -1996) was the Director of Exploration for Unamgen Mineração e Metalurgia S. A. a subsidiary of Gencor South Africa, and a Director of Gencor's São Bento Gold Mine in Brazil. Dr. Griebel is responsible for all the company's activities in the country of Brazil with the position of President of Adriana Mineracao Ltda., based in Rio de Janeiro and CEO of Brazore Ltda. 	Michael Petrina Vice President Operations Mr. Petrina comes to Adriana after over 25 years in the mining industry, most recently as General Manager of Operations for Adanac Molybdenum Corporation. Mr. Petrina brings extensive experience in operational, engineering, mine development, financial modelling and acquisition analysis, and as a past technical advisor and engineering consultant for numerous mining companies around the world. Mr. Petrina has worked directly for or as a consultant for such companies as Pan American Silver Corporation, Miramar Mining, Breakwater Resources, TVX Gold, Canadian Zinc, Cross Lake Minerals and Kilborn Engineering Pacific Ltd. Mr. Petrina is a professional mining engineer registered in British Columbia and holds an MBA from the University of Athabasca.

	Frank Condon Director and Director of Business Development Mr. Condon has over 40 years of experience as a geological engineer in the mineral resource industry, including 35 years with Noranda Group Companies. During Frank's tenure with Noranda he was involved in mineral exploration, mineral property evaluation, mine development and mine operations. While based in the U.S. for 17 years, Mr. Condon held positions of District Geologist, Senior Evaluation Engineer, Project Manager and General Manager of Noranda's phosphate mining operation. In 1987, Mr. Condon relocated to Noranda's head office in Toronto were as Director of Business Development, he was involved in evaluation and acquisition of advanced exploration and mining projects internationally. Since 1999, Mr. Condon has been a Consultant and is currently a Director of Adriana Resources Mr. Condon graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Geological Engineering. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr. Condon is the recipient of the distinguished CIM Members Award for 2003 in recognition of his unique career and contribution to the mining industry.

	Gordon Addie Vice President Exploration Mr. Addie has been the Vice President of Exploration for Adriana Resources Inc. since July 2005. Mr. Addie is also the Vice President of Hawthorne Gold Corporation, a TSX-V listed Canadian-based gold exploration and development company with key properties located in British Columbia, Canada and the President & Director of 5050 Nunavut Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adriana Resources Inc. Mr. Addie holds a B.Sc in Geology (1986) from the University of British Columbia and has over 20 years of exploration and mine geology experience. Mr. Addie is also President of MIE Metals Corporation, a subsidiary of Adriana Resources Inc.

	Patrick McGrath Vice President Finance Mr. McGrath has been the Vice President of Finance of Adriana since February 2008, and previously Controller from July 2006. Mr. McGrath currently is the Chief Financial Officer for Hawthorne Gold Corp., a TSX-V listed Canadian-based gold exploration and development company with key properties located in British Columbia, Canada. Mr. McGrath has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (1995) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a Certified General Accountant. Between December 2004 and January 2007, Mr. McGrath was Chief Financial Officer of Northern Sun Exploration Company Inc., a TSX-V listed oil and gas exploration company with properties in western Canada.
