Dr. Staude, has over 20 years of diverse mining and exploration experience in precious and base metals. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with Kennecott, BHP-Billiton, and Exploration Business Development with Teck Cominco as well as working with commodity focused companies Magma Copper Company and several private companies. He is Founder and President of Riverside Resources Inc. and has consulted to private investment. He has extensive mineral resource experience on four continents including participating in the discovery and district exploration at Mulatos gold mine in Sonora, Mexico and the Agua Rica Cu-Au deposit in Argentina. He has been part of gold discoveries in Peru, Turkey, and has formed and led exploration companies in Romania, China, Turkey and Bolivia among other places. He has consistently added resources in known districts and helped in converting grass roots discoveries into new mining operations.

Advisor
Mr. Struck has worked in mineral exploration from 1979 through the present. He has worked on numerous exploration projects primarily in western Canada and the western United States. His areas of expertise are gold and platinum group metal exploration. He was instrumental in the development of the Champagne Mine in Idaho and in the discovery and delineation of the Buffalo Gulch deposit, also in Idaho.
Most recently, Mr. Struck was instrumental in the title research and staking which culminated in a public company ultimately controlling 2000 claims (35,000 acres or 14,164 hectares) on the Stillwater Complex. The Complex is host to the most significant producer of Platinum and Palladium in North America and has an estimated 50 year mine life. He was directly involved in the successful exploration for platinum and palladium on the acquired ground and this exploration included airborne geophysics, surface mapping and sampling and core drilling. Mr. Struck is a Professional Geological Engineer registered in British Columbia and in Idaho. He is a 1985 graduate of UBC with a Bachelor of Applied Science.
Mr. Struck also serves as a member of the Compensation Committee for Adriana Resources Inc.
