President, CEO and Director
Mr. Palmiere brings over 35 years of extensive experience in senior executive and leadership roles in the mining industry. Prior to joining Adriana, Mr. Palmiere held the positions of Chairman and also President and CEO of HudBay Minerals Inc. Mr. Palmiere also previously served as Treasurer of Northgate Exploration Ltd., Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Breakwater Resources Ltd., Chief Financial Officer of Zemex Corporation, and Executive Chairman of Barplats Investments Limited.

Director of Quebec Operations
Mr. Condon has over 40 years of experience as a geological engineer in the mineral resource industry, including 35 years with Noranda Group Companies. During Frank's tenure with Noranda he was involved in mineral exploration, mineral property evaluation, mine development and mine operations. While based in the U.S. for 17 years, Mr. Condon held positions of District Geologist, Senior Evaluation Engineer, Project Manager and General Manager of Noranda's phosphate mining operation. In 1987, Mr. Condon relocated to Noranda's head office in Toronto were as Director of Business Development, he was involved in evaluation and acquisition of advanced exploration and mining projects internationally. Mr. Condon is a Consultant of Adriana Resources
Mr. Condon graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Geological Engineering. He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr. Condon is the recipient of the distinguished CIM Members Award for 2003 in recognition of his unique career and contribution to the mining industry.

Chief Financial Officer
 Mr. Im is a Chartered Accountant and a lawyer. Prior to joining Adriana, Mr. Im worked as a securities lawyer at a major Toronto law firm after obtaining his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Mr. Im obtained his CA designation in 2003, while working at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Im earned his Master of Accounting and Honours Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Waterloo.

Manager of Corporate Development
 Mr. Zhang has over 10 years of experience in the investment industry as a Mandarin/English Business Facilitor in both Canada and China. Mr. Zhang holds a Masters of Science in International Business and Finance.
